The 1015 is conveniently situated on the south side of the tenth floor of the Sea Watch building. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the comfort of your balcony. The unit is also situated directly over the Sea Watch’s pools so you can watch the activity below. You have only to turn your chair as the hours pass to witness the most beautiful parts of the day.

 

As you walk into the condo, you enter the den first. There are two twin pullout beds and a flatscreen TV in the den along with a chest of drawers filled with games for fun-filled evenings in. On the left is the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bay-facing window. In the closet you will find extra pillows and linens in case you need them. As you continue through the condo the general bathroom is next on your left with a bathtub. The kitchen is the next room on your right. It is fully stocked with dishes and cook-ware including a refrigerator/freezer, toaster, oven with a range, blender, coffee maker (regular and keurig), microwave, and dish washer.

 

Then you continue into the living room where you immediately meet two counter height stools at the kitchen bar and a six person dinner table. The left wall of the condo is paneled by a large mirror, which helps the light to bounce around the already sunny, south-facing condo. The entertainment center is graced by a brand new 32 inch tv, wifi-compatible DVD player, and a selection of DVDs and books for your use. The couch is equipped with a queen-size pullout bed. The farthest wall is floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door onto the iconic balcony.

 

Finally the last room on the left is the master bedroom. The master also offers a queen size bed and an additional flat screen TV with its own DVD player. It also has a wall of windows and sliding screen door onto the balcony with both an ocean and bayview. The master has its own full private bathroom with ample counter space.

 

The entire unit is painted in light breezy blues and greens to help you get in that beachy, stress-free state of mind as quickly as possible. There are flameless candles in the living room for your enjoyment and a wifi box on the kitchen counter with the password. Every TV is cable-equipped and we invite you to enjoy the assortment of toys and beach fun in the laundry room as well.

 

We tried to think of everything you would use on your stay with us but if you notice something is missing or needs improvement please let us know and we’ll work on adding that for the next rental season.
